    Delivery at a glance

    • Small items by DPD: usually delivered within 2 to 4 days from ordering.
    • Larger items kerbside by TPN: 5 to 7 working days. The courier calls you in advance so you can choose the weekday that suits.
    • Two person van delivery: London, M25, Sussex and Surrey. Normally within 14 working days, including assembly and packaging removal.

    Small items by DPD

    Smaller goods such as dining chairs, office chairs, side tables and stools are delivered by DPD tracked service, usually within 2 to 4 days of ordering.

    Once goods leave our warehouse you receive tracking information from DPD, who provide updates and times by text and email. You can also change the delivery options through their texts and messages.

    Larger items: kerbside delivery by TPN

    Larger and heavier items such as tables and larger chairs go by TPN (The Pallet Network) on a kerbside delivery service, normally within 5 to 7 working days. TPN call you in advance so you can choose the best weekday to suit.

    Kerbside delivery is to kerbside only. Items are delivered on a wooden pallet, without any assistance from the courier to unload, unbox or take goods inside your property, as they are uninsured to do so. They will leave the goods on the doorstep or the nearest accessible place to an entrance door.

    Kerbside deliveries run 9am to 5pm on working days (Monday to Friday). Pallet freight companies do not provide window times in the way smaller item couriers do.

    Please remember to give us the best mobile number for the couriers to use when placing your order, or let us know if you have more than one contact number.

    Two person van delivery: London and Surrey

    Our van delivery service is a two person team who deliver to the room of your choice (if accessible), with assembly if required (excluding ceiling bubble chairs). This includes unpacking and the removal for recycling of all item packaging, boxes and crates for larger items. This service is normally within 14 working days.

    The service is subject to accessibility. If you live in a mews house, an apartment with narrow access, or an older style cottage property with small access roads or doors, please measure both the entrance access and the room in advance of ordering.

    For postcodes outside these areas we deliver kerbside by TPN.

    Postcode surcharges

    Some postcodes incur a delivery surcharge, such as remoter areas including Cornwall, Cumbria, Devon and the Scottish Highlands. If this applies to your order we will email you to advise.

    General delivery information

    Delivery options for your postcode are shown at checkout before you complete your order. For larger orders, multiple items or trade orders, please contact us before purchase and we can email you a bespoke quotation with a tailored delivery to suit.

    While we endeavour to fulfil delivery schedules as planned, we use third party carriers and on occasion goods may be delayed in transit due to unexpected issues such as traffic, weather, logistical problems or delays at their depots. We cannot therefore guarantee a scheduled or planned delivery, but we will always keep you informed of any delays our providers notify us about.
