Van delivery & assembly, including removal of packaging via a 2 person carrier and includes delivery to a room of choice, assembly and removal of packaging. Available up to 2 flights of stairs max if no lift in building.
Delivery between 7am and 8pm. The day before delivery you will receive a call, text or email from the delivery company notifying you of your 4 hour delivery window.
On the day, you will receive a call or text an hour before delivery.
Please check that access is suitable for both vehicle and two man team to carry goods safely to end point. All orders must be received within 3 weeks after contact from the delivery company.
In the unlikely event that there is any transit damage seen at delivery, you can refuse delivery, request them to return and please notifiy us immediately so we can address any issue with the carrier promptly and resolve any issue for you. Once they leave the property and you have signed for the goods, they cannot go back to collect at a later time.
